It Has Begun

The fateful day we all hoped would never arrive has, after all, dawned with the noise and dust of this big digger beginning to clear the waste ground at the front of the urbanisation, in preparation for building works to commence.

I expect it will take years for the monstrous apartment complex to be completed, so for some inhabitants of Alborán Hills, it will be perpetual misery, particularly as they have decided to start operations just as the summer season is getting under way.

I am hoping it will not affect me too much, as I am tucked away at the back. We shall see.

In other news, my book has arrived and I shall go to collect it later.
