From the Bus Stop
Gone for now is the walk into town and for the moment it is the bus that takes the strain for this Lady with a crutch.
My blip of the museum extension roof with its greenery as seen from the bus stop is a desperate attempt to get a blip into the can without stravaiging too far from base. The modern extension to the original museum seemed very strange when it was added all those years ago, but time has a way of allowing acceptance.
I was in M&S early to avoid any crowds
(1 in 18 people in Scotland have Covid) and to acquire some birthday Euros for my soon to be 18 year old granddaughter who has just left school and is off to Crete(I think) with some school friends. I imagine it will be something like Love Island without the boys and the desperation.
I had coffee with the neighbour who didn’t show up last week but appeared this week on cue and after setting the world to rights, it was back home to bake a cake for tomorrow’s visit from a notable Blipper and Himself come from the west to enjoy the pleasures of the east, including my cake. I just hope neither of them is gluten intolerant.
