Oscar and Kenni

I came down to Chris's to go to the Leicestershire show as its just down the road from where she lives. It is usually the bank holiday weekend in August but it was changed to this weekend. It was that awful wetting drizzly rain but we decided to try. We picked up Julie and off we went. What a shambles. I had to drive across a field (no roadway) following the grooves in long grass from other cars. We decided to wait in the car to see if the rain would stop as the show ground is grass and would be so muddy. In the end we made the decision to come home and just go a walk this afternoon. We met up with Julie and Kenni and I took this lovely photo of Kenni and Oscar. We couldn't hear anything from the show site so we assume it was abandoned for today. 
Looking on the website we saw that it was an extortionate £15 into the show so have decided not to go tomorrow as it will still be muddy but go to a steam rally a bit further away.
