"I don't want a picture"

Still feeling pretty rough, although much better than yesterday, I decided that what we needed was a Father's Day coffee, cake, and a wander along the river. It was definitely a good idea to get out as we headed off to House Coffee shop in Coleham, and good to get some fresh air. Owen wasn't really feeling my wish for a picture though and we were all pretty shattered after our very short walk.
