After a wet morning, the weather improved rapidly so we walked up to the village to get some shopping and then down to our son’s house to see the girls. Our eldest granddaughter has been ill with chickenpox this week but was much better today. When we got home I cut the lawns, did a bit of tidying in the garden and picked some cherries from our tree - they taste delicious!
