Camargue

We had a short trip into the Camargue region this morning and found plenty of flamingoes, albeit at a  wildlife reserve and saw lots of white horses but not running romantically through the surf towards our cameras. 
Bought lunch at a fruit stall by the road and ate it outside. 
Then travelled in sweltering heat over to Argeles sur Mer , almost by the Spanish border. It seems a less hectic bit of the Mediterranean coast than the tourist honey pots of the Cote d'Azur
