Andy played golf today so Merlin and I had a day together. It was good to spend some time bonding - walking, playing with fallen apples (Merlin treats them as balls), and resting in the garden listening to the wind blowing in the trees.

Chores also happened, along with some aromatherapy product making - a parcel is now it’s way to my sister and her family.

Andy returned happy from golf and cooked us an Indian meal for dinner, and this evening we’ve relaxed watching the final of the Great British Sewing Bee. So, all in all a rather luxurious day of freedom and comforts for which I am so grateful.
