Geek Alert!
This is a K4 Kiosk, a real rarity. Only 50 were ever made and only 5 remain, all of which are 'Grade II listed' by English Heritage. This one is at the East Somerset Railway, about 10 miles from where I live.
It doesn't sell stamps and the phone doesn't work, but it still has daily postal collections.
