Off to the Snow

We left home at 4:30am. I didn’t know such a time existed, except maybe at the end of a long night and that was a while ago. There was heavy rain until Goulburn where we stopped for breakfast.
After a couple more stops for ski gear at Cooma and groceries at Jindabyne and the inevitable process of catching the skitube (train from car park to the mountain) and an oversnow vehicle to our lodge we finally arrived at 3:30pm.
It’s a long day but all worth it once settled into the lodge.
