Carrots with a crow

Had a little sleep-in.
Bought just about every sauce in the (small) general store.
Hiked up Mt Bishop.
Stopped at the summit for more food and books with a view.
Almost stayed too long up there.
Back, via Lilly Pilly Gully circuit, to the car not long before sunset.
Animals were out at dusk. Saw a wallaby, and an emu drinking from a puddle by the road.
Made myself a delicious dinner (thank you, general store).
Sorted some accommodation for our family road trip next week (note to self: less last minute, next time, please).
Lying on the couch now, watching the TdF, and listening to the very noisy cows across the road.
