2744. Zingy Chicken Salad

This is today’s lunch of “Zingy Chicken Salad” courtesy of the Pinch of Nom Fakeaway book!

It was delicious and my youngest came over to join us too….

It’s been a busy morning of housework followed by a trip to Currys with a neighbour to help them choose a new printer and then set it up for them. It’s all working now so they’re pleased.

Just relaxing a bit now….
