Assume the Position . . .

Saw a huge commotion as I returned to my hotel this evening. When I spotted a police car and several people bending over, I had visions of another South African cop scandal in the making. But no such luck! Seems it was exercise time for a crowd of people more nimble than me - not sure when I last touched my toes without bending my knees, but it probably wasn't this century. Still, it's amazing what I'd be able to do if a cop was standing over me over me with a baton in his hand. Yikes!!
