South Stack
Today’s walk was fairly strenuous which took us from South Stack, down to North Stack and back to the start. We saw razorbills and guillemots but didn’t glimpse any puffins, however we didn’t venture down the 400 steps to the lighthouse as we had plenty of climbing to do on the walk. We concluded that the signage had been vandalised as although there were plenty of wooden posts where signs had been attached, these were all bare so this resulted in taking a wrong route no less than four times. The day started off chilly but warmed up considerably in the afternoon and no rain.
