Steamy Days
Today we've had two steam trains pass through Carnoustie.
I'm not much of a train spotter so not very clued up on trains and their names, although I do like to look at the old steam trains. This one is shaped differently to the one I captured earlier, which was shaped more like Thomas the Tank Engine.
I read somewhere that it was the LMS Class 5MT 4-6-0 no 45407 which passed through earlier in the day, so this might be LNER A4 Class 4-6-2 no 60009 Union of South Africa - please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
Looking back at my blip one year ago today, I was surprised to see so much blossom on those trees, there isn't nearly as much around this year, I'm actually heading up there later for a little walk, and I'm going to go and check but I'm sure there isn't.
