It was 27 years ago today

that Richard and I got married. We'd been living together for 2 years before that, so we've been together for 29 years. Wow. Early years : Happy, some struggle, innocent, full of faith. Middle years : hard, but not all the time. You learn a lot, shall we say. Now : contented, happy, especially since my cancer diagnosis 3 and a half years ago. That sweeps away all the pettiness and you find love and care and understanding again.
