Poppy.

I came back on Saturday, but suffered with stomach problems and spent the weekend sleeping on and off, so I am only now beginning my catch-up.   Thanks for comments and stars on previous photos.
Flowering against a wall, drainpipe and hose was this poppy.  I had never seen this colour nor the 'serrated petals.'  It was a lucky shot.  There was one other example  growing by the side of the drive, and this was the one I was going to photograph, but when I got back the wind had blown the petals off, so thanks to the wall for shelter.
