Tension

For Mono Monday. Not happy with only 5hrs sleep last night. So rather than waste the early morning, got into scruff order, cleaned teeth, washed face and out the door at 7am, and did a 3.48 mile Yomp. around the estate. Pleased with that as time was 21.55 min to the mile. 

When I got home got showered, dressed and had breakfast before going over to Bideford to see a friend who has a hip replacement  op booked for the end of the month, and is very nervous about it. 

This afternoon spent a couple of hours out in the garden, doing a tidy up. first chance really since getting back that the weather has been dry enough to be outside. 

Today's blip is of the steel  (I think) support tension wire for the telephone post outside my gate. It is anchored on my drive flower bed.
