Red Kite

Yesterday the tractor cut the grass in the field . The Kites and a couple of seagulls followed it as it went up and down. Today only two red kites were back flying back and forth and around the 4 fields. It was quite dark when I took this photo but there were times when the sun shone although we did have 19 mph winds and a few showers.
Rocknerd and LOH got home about 1am after a 12 hour drive.  I was so relieved to get the text that they were home safe.Our other family are only an hour away but Liliana was not well last night with a dreadful cough and today she has no voice.  What a shame after having a lovely time with her cousin yesterday and also the start to the summer holiday.
