Waterloo
Glasgow has some amazing architecture. I came across this gentleman (and his pal, see extra) in Waterloo Street in the city centre this morning.
A search on yon internetty thing says that the building, now empty and in need of some serious TLC, on which these two sculptures reside was known as the Coltas building, formerly the Distillers' building. It was "designed by James Chalmers and built between1898-1900 for the distillery company Wright & Greig." So now you know!
