What a Geysir

A bit of an Iceland tourist day today. We had a short drive this morning to the geothermal fun of Geysir. We walked up the hill behind for an elevated view but I preferred the low perspective.

We drove on to the spectacular Gullfoss waterfalls, a very popular spot but a must see if you’re in the area (see extra). We know the weather isn’t going to stay this good all week so these were both good locations to enjoy today as a group.

Tonight’s Airbnb is another great choice by Annie. If it wasn’t for the great Wi-Fi you’d describe it as “off grid”. Rosie and Ted are cooking tonight, lovely.
