Mudmaid

Such a lovely day spent exploring the Lost Gardens of Heligan in Cornwall.
Walked every path available, checked out every garden and every route. It’s probably the fourth or fifth time we’ve visited but it never fails to please. Beautiful flowers, fabulous ferns, magnificent trees - with extra interest from art installations, a rope bridge, ponds, waterfalls, sheds and glasshouses.
Today started a bit wet and our first pause was at the Mudmaid, lying sleeping among the trees. She’s probably a bit greener than last time we saw her but looking very peaceful.
