today's been a hell of a day. it's osscilated wildly between despair at the complete ignorance of some people and then the kindness and love of others.

it's great how the simplest of things sort you right out - long shower, grape soda, favourite headphones - the national, walk, take picures, jaffa cakes - back to normal. well, relative normal.
