Change of scenery

Today we took a day off from working on getting the garden in. I have been looking forward to walking on the river trails as soon as my knees were healed sufficiently to do so. I am thrilled to say that today I walked one mile on the river trail at Skinner Butte Park.
There were lots of happy people walking and riding bikes, lots of kids and dogs, and lots of flowers to see.
A nice change of scenery for sure and a contented sense of accomplishment!
