Deer…

….. ….. on the Arrow Bridges Trail.
I needed to get out early today as a friend was arriving at the airport. We headed up this trail and over Thomson’s Hill to the Kawarau River.
We were ‘under’ the Remarkables and the views were spectacular.

It was rabbit heaven up there, but the pearly gates were shut, unfortunately for Missy!

It was a chilly -5°C early this morning but it warmed up quickly and no need for hat, gloves, scarf & jacket.
