Diwrnod cyd-ddibyniaeth ~ Interdependence day

“Those static images have the uncanny ability to jar the memory and bring places and people back to life. They bridge the present with the past and validate as real what the passage of time has turned into hazy recollections. Were it not for them, my experiences would have remained as just imperfect memories of perfect moments.”
—Isabel Lopez

Aethon ni i'r dre heddiw. Doedden ni ddim yn mynd i'r dre yn aml, ac yn aml mae'n edrych fel amgylchedd estron i fi.  Gwnes i fwynhau bod gyda Nor'dzin a Dan ac yn i'w dilyn i ba le yr aethon nhw.

Roeddwn i'n chwilio am grysau cotwm a doeddwn i ddim yn disgwyl ffeindion nhw mewn môr o polyester.  Yn ffodus, gwnaeth Daniel yn gwybod gwell. Aethon ni i Matalan lle roedd detholiad da, ac wedyn i Ganesha (siop Nepalese) i ffeindio crysau cotwm yno hefyd.

Yn olaf aethon ni'r siop manion gwnïo yn John Lewis, lle roedd Nor'dzin yn chwilio am ffabrig.  Ffeindiais i lyfr diddorol iawn yno, gyda'r enw 'Patternity', gyda llawer o ffotograffau diddorol. Roedd e'n rhad hefyd, dim ond £6 i lawr o £30.  Ar ôl siopa aethon ni i ‘Pho’ i gael pryd o fwyd cyn dal bws adre.

Mwynheais i yn fawr y serendipedd o ddilyn Nor’dzin a Dan a dod o hyd i bethau na fyddwn i wedi dod o hyd iddyn nhw fel arall. Fel maen nhw'n dweud yn Patternity “mae popeth yn gysylltiedig”. Diwrnod cyd-ddibyniaeth hapus.

We went to town today. We didn't go into town often, and it often looks like a foreign environment to me. I enjoyed being with Nor'dzin and Dan and following them wherever they went.

I was looking for cotton shirts and I didn't expect to find them in a sea of polyester. Fortunately, Daniel did know better. We went to Matalan where there was a good selection, and then to Ganesha (a Nepalese shop) to find cotton shirts there too.

Finally we went to the haberdashery in John Lewis, where Nor'dzin was looking for fabric. I found a very interesting book there, called 'Patternity', with many interesting photographs. It was cheap too, just £6 down from £30. After shopping we went to 'Pho' to have a meal before catching a bus home.

I really enjoyed the serendipity of following Nor'dzin and Dan and finding things I wouldn't have found otherwise. As they say at Patternity “everything is connected”. Happy interdependence day.
