Words fail

OK, so I know some people find mourning brooches a bit off-putting.  

But I love them, and I love that the person is remembered so vividly.  This brooch for example is stunningly made with foil gold behind the hair, and a picture of the beautiful young lady on the back of the brooch. (See extras).

In any case, maybe the hair was cut before she died - as part of her illness perhaps.  Whatever, she was remembered with love, and deeply missed, that much is obvious.
