Marie-Pier.

13 years ago, only a month after i'd moved here to live at Big Hill, this wonderful young woman Marie-Pier came to wwoof here for a few weeks.
There was no studio set up, I was still trying to find my way in this astonishing and beautiful area with Terry.  Boy it was a tumultuous time, but mostly it was just wonderful.   No pressure to make mugs etc., only time to spend finding out what my new home was to become.

Yesterday, Marie-Pier, her husband and 3 adorable children returned to spend time in the Chalet cabin.   It was a lovely reunion, and so amazing to see her as a mother - with her family.   They have been travelling and being very laid back (well as laid back as you can be with 3 little ones!!!) and so she asked if there was something they could help with!   I guess the wwoof part of her is still there!!   So they have all been in the garden weeding!   see extra for the whole family working away!   What a treat to have someone help in the garden.....i think she will be leaving with a couple of mugs in exchange for their help.

I'm taking the day off....and am playing with some paint.   I desperately need to be rebalanced!!!
