What holiday?

I was full on.today.
Trauma Focussed.care.. heavy first day back.
Holuday has unsetteled.me, Much needed however.3 years of.not having one and 2 weeks..Unsettling feelings within, The day haa t helped.
Never.mind Im off to.walk some.of.those.calories that holiday brought.
Bread.and Alioli with everything. We.dont eat bread at.home  we.certainly did last.2 weeks
