Goytre Wharf

Granddaughter Amelia fell asleep on our sofa not long after yesterdays blip and slept to 7am this morning. She's not 100% and was happy to stay in playing until it was time for me to take her to pre-school this afternoon.

On the way home I took a few minute detour to Goytre Wharf near Abergavenny which is a centre for the canal boats and lovely for visitors to visit for a coffee in the cafe there. I took an aerial view which shows the wharf and in the distance, from L to R, is The Blorenge, Sugar Loaf and Skirrid mountains around Abergavenny (South Wales UK)

The weather is still changeable and it's got better this evening, so we're of out for a bite to eat with our neighbour who's been around chatting for a couple of hours.
