First Rose

Had a good night and worked, albeit from my bed, this morning. Went downhill this afternoon though. It now looks like S is coming down with it as well :(

The big news this evening cheered me up immensely though. I'd hoped it was finally 'the' straw and looks like it was, sitting back and watching the letters roll in...

Went into the garden this evening and found the first rose has appeared - this was a wedding gift and has been very reliable each year.
