Garden

The garden at our AirBnb seems fairly typical (judging by the descriptions on Daft.ie) of what is regarded as desirable in Irish gardens - quite low maintenance and well manicured.

We went in to Fermoy today - Pay and Display parking is €1 for 24 hours!  Only problem was that we have very little cash - so used to everything and everyone taking card payments these days.

We are now the owners of a Pay as You Go Irish phone and SIM card - the chap in the Tech shop was very tolerant and helpful of the two oldies!

We called in to a bank - we need to open a "non-resident" account, and that can't be done in branch, but only via a phone call with the special folks.

We have managed to arrange another couple of viewings for Thursday.  Tomorrow we'll hope for good weather so we can go for a walk, and then we're having tea with some friends..
