Had a surprise when I walked Misty in the estuary this evening.  I walked in the opposite direction to last night incase she found that horrible smelly thing again, and came across hundreds of black headed gulls together with six egrets and one heron.  They were making quite a racket and spent ages just watching them feeding.   Also I noticed a very fishy smell there which was very unusual.  Not a very good quality photo as it was quite dull and getting dark, but I wanted to record it.
