New A/C Technician

The fan motor for our central air conditioning died a loud and smelly death today.  The replacement has been ordered and might be here as early as tomorrow afternoon.  But not likely as it is an OEM motor and needs to come from the furnace factory where it was made.  After market replacements will not fit.
