Great British Stitch Bee

The whole of the UK has been gripped with the programme called 'Great British Sewing Bee' - I haven't, as I can't sew, but I know a flower which can stitch - well, it has stitch in it's name - this is greater stitchwort & my favourite hedgerow wildflower.

Got a friend staying till Sunday, so blips will be sometimes early, late or next day...& as for the gym, well, who knows! I have zilch energy right now, I forgot all about the green tea but then it is 5 days early, I think the 'pure pump' yesterday shocked me so much... no fair! xxxx
