5am gardening!

I don’t like gardening - its like outdoor housework - do it one day, needs doing again the next!
However, I had to do something about the self sown Elder which had sprung up in my bird feeder barrel - it was so wide that yesterday it impeded my washing wirly thing. So, out there first thing this morning in my PJs  I decided to attack it with the secateurs. It was not only wide, it was high - higher than the feeder pole. Now to put the debris into the green recycle bin for next week.
