Warm and Windy

…………………………….this afternoon, it’s been blowin’ an absolute hoolie! I did expect to see “white horses” out at sea on my afternoon stroll along the prom but it was surprisingly calm considering I was in danger of being blown off my feet at times!

An otherwise quiet day…did some baking, adapting a couple of old recipes to make them gluten free - one worked slightly better than the other, though they’re both quite edible.
