Strawbath!

The kitchen looked like a strawbath today and I have spent several hours wrangling with my scarecrow.  I've had it propped up in a flower pot, hanging from the wall and suspended from the stepladder.  It's had a pole down its back, bent coat hangers down its legs and wire around its neck and it has still defied all my attempts to stay upright!  I'll have another go tomorrow.  All ideas welcome!
