Roofs, Hills (and pigeon)
Normally I don't go into "the city" as our offices are outside the city centre. But today I had to, as that's where this morning's presentation was. Can you believe, I had to pay for parking - outrageous. And a whole $6 for the day. Man, there's some cheek charging prices like that.
I was presenting a workshop for the Advanced Tourism Training Programme in online/ecommerce. Three hours of it, which went very fast. It's a topic I know well and could talk all day - just made it in the 3 hour allotment. No one went to sleep, which is always a good sign.
Then back to work to squeeze an 8 hour day into 4 - always fun ;-)
This is from the top of the car park building, and last nights photo was taken from the left hand hill. Not a view I see normally. The hills have great walking/riding tracks, especially when you live at the base of them as well do.
Last year, fuel $1.99 (it went a lot higher obviously), I think about $1.53 at present.
