Twenty Two

The tall glass towerblock in the centre of the image, 22 Bishopsgate, is not much loved. But it reflects the sunset well at this time of year.

It has been a warm sultry day in London. We walked along the South Bank and back across Tower Bridge to see "Superbloom", the wild flower meadow in the moat of the Tower of London. I had intended that to be my blip, but I was rather underwhelmed. Wild flower meadows do evolve and this one may be passing through a difficult patch at the moment

The South Bank was teaming with tourists. We joined in and sat eating a 99 in front of The Bridge Theatre listening to a rather good live band. It's fun being a tourist in your own city :-)
