Mini-flower show

A friendly meeting of the local Hort. Society this morning, and as is the custom, people brought along things from their gardens for the mini-show. A good display, especially with the weather being like it has. My favourite was the tassels of the Garrya elliptica, with the Proteas a close second. An interesting talk on weede has sent us scuttling home to check for any nasties lurking in the greenery. (The pics show only a corner of the display - the admirers were blocking out the rest of it.)
