Nasi Goreng

I love my food & love trying new recipes. It's even nicer now I have Mr A to cook for and he's an enthusiastic taster!
On the menu this evening was Nasi Goreng; which is a rice based dish from Indonesia. Flavour wise it was good, but I found it a little dry. Will I make it again? Possibly not!
