It seems like a lifetime ago that I announced I'd lost three stone. It was September 18th & I hoped that the next stone would be along be Christmas. Well, technically I was right, as I didn't specify which Christmas.

So, now four stone has gone so I have another rock to add to my collection, I collected it off Brighton beach last week & it's now stored with the previous three waiting for at least a couple more to join them.
