getting stuck in

This morning we were all up early and catching two buses to Granton for a packing shift at Empty Kitchen Full Hearts. Here you can see Luke mixing the curried cauliflower rice before Laura packs it and I stick on the labels with ingredients and allergen info (I used my bus journeys usefully yesterday to renew my Food Hygiene training!). Otter enjoyed being made a fuss of outside.

I’m on the bus back to Dumfries now, it’s a hot day out there..a brief but enjoyable visit and I’ll be seeing Luke, Laura and Otter again next week, hopefully :-)
