I have no idea what this is

But I’m enjoying seeing each of my Meadow flowers pop up. One came yesterday it had a white centre and vivid purple outside almost like Primula but it came yesterday afternoon and now it’s gone. But I’ve been watching these green ones, my husband cut two of them for me and popped them in a vase, so I didn’t have to traipse outside. (He’s a keeper) I’ve overdone it today, cleaning shelves, difficult from a chair, made soup, done washing and cleaned top of the cooker.
