Food Prep…

Prepping Lady V’s fish pie, now finished topped with mashed potato and grated parmesan/breadcrumbs and waiting to cool. Will freeze well at this stage but unlikely to last long enough to be frozen. 

So Boris has gone…looks like he was hanging onto no 10 by the skin of his teeth, can’t say I’m happy as it opens the door for our first minister to pursue independence more than ever. 

I feel a term of uncertainty coming on and no doubt Boris will be replaced by someone equally inept if that is possible.
