Success

Had planned to return to the Urgent Care Centre in Kendal today (their suggestion) to get them to re-examine the ankle. When they said there was a 5-6hour wait I left.

Had a gentle wander at Borrowdale. The rewinding project, the restoration of natural woodland and meadows -is  coming along fabulously, so much diversity to be seen now, different grasses, Orchids, grass of parnassus, ragged robin and much much more.

Afternoon spent pollarding trees and having a m-a-s-s-i-v-e bonfire. Then beers in the evening sun with nice neighbour.

As Ice Cube once said, today was a good day.
