Hibiscus
The backstory here is that I have a hibiscus plant that I've had for many years. I haul it outside every summer and inside again every winter. I also cut it back severely when I haul it in for the winter. Almost every summer it has produced a few blooms - emphasis on the "few" - one at a time. But this summer for some reason it has had a steady flow of flowers - sometimes more than one at a time. This is today's blossom - probably at least the 7th or 8th so far - given the Laboscope app treatment.
Its enthusiasm might well have something to do with the fertilizer I treated it to at some point in the late winter... ;-)
