Dining with my neighbours

I had to make a classic 'Coquilles St Jacques' with a rocket salad for the camera today and as the recipe feeds six people I arranged dinner for my neighbours.

An absolutely cracking evening and lots of leftovers for Shayna's partner David who's birthday it is tomorrow.
