Trabajo de reparación.

I've had this lovely fruit bowl for quite a few years since I moved here: it's carved from a single piece of wood, which has gradually acquired a split along one side - heat, humidity, who knows? My friend Lisa suggested her neighbour, Sean, who is an expert craftsman in all things made of wood, could perhaps take a look at it. The bowl was duly passed over, and although very busy at the moment with much bigger projects, he was able to fill the crack and stabilise the joint with a "butterfly" repair. This was all news to me but I'm sure Kaybee would know all about it.
