Not Antarctica alas, but I have to take what i can get down Dundas Street!

After another misery inducing spin class I tootled over to Mr Blogs and Miss Petunias where my bike was mended and I was fed, watered and also a bit mended-it was nice to be reminded there are other things to do in life as well as exercise and sleep.
After this is over I am not planning on returning to spin class but indulge in cinema 241's on Wednesdays. With red wine.
